WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

In the online store you can pay with PayPal, MB WAY and ATM.

 

PayPal: if you do not have a PayPal account, you can create a new account at the time of the purchase process on the site. We recommend that you keep your personal details and payment details so that you do not have to enter them again every time you place a new order at our store.

 

MB WAY: To pay with MB WAY, you need the MB WAY app installed on your phone and an associated account. To pay for your order, follow these steps:

1. Select MB WAY payment method;
2. Enter your mobile number associated with MB WAY;
3. Select Continue Purchase;
4. Enter the MB WAY app and in the "Notifications" menu you will find the "Payment" notification;
5. Select "Accept".

Payment is pending for 5 minutes pending acceptance. If you do not do so within that period, the order will be canceled and you will have to repeat the operation, or alternatively, use another means of payment.


ATM: to make a payment by Bank Reference just go to an ATM or through your homebaking and select “Payments and Other Services” > “Payment for Services” and then introduces the Entity, Reference and Amount. We advise you to keep the receipt, as it serves as proof of your payment. 

Payment is pending for 24 hours days awaiting acceptance. If you do not
do so within that period, the order will be canceled and you will have to repeat the operation, or alternatively, use another means of payment.

 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FEES ON MY ORDER?

The only extra cost you have to pay when buying from our online store is shipping costs. You can find out about these costs here.
