HOW IS THE ORDER SENDED?

The order will be sent within 5 working days after payment confirmation. Deliveries are made only on business days. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time send us an email to suportelojaonline@moche.pt.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY DEADLINES AND COSTS?

The shipping costs for your order are € 4.95. Shipping is standard and may take between 2 to 5 business days to reach the address you have indicated. The indicated delivery time may be longer for deliveries in the Azores and Madeira.

HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive updates on the status of your order by email or SMS.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RECEIVE MY ORDER, IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY?

If you are not available to receive your order on the day of delivery, you will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a new delivery date. The carrier will try to contact you for 5 working days to reschedule your delivery.
