DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?

Pursuant to the legislation in force (Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of April 8, in its current wording), the products sold by MOCHE are covered by a guarantee of conformity of the goods corresponding to a period of 2 (two ) years from the delivery of the asset.

Only claims with proof of purchase will be accepted. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from transport, storage, accidents, misuse, failure to follow maintenance instructions, neglect, normal wear and tear or due to prolonged use and natural discoloration. It will not be valid if the product has undergone any type of modification or if it has been used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended. The guarantee applies only to products sold at the MOCHE store.
