HOW DO I ENSURE THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED?

In the last step of the purchase process you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the same. If you do not receive it, it means that your purchase has not been completed. In this case, send us an email to suportelojaonline@moche.pt.

WHEN MAKING AN ORDER IS STOCK AVAILABILITY GUARANTEED?

Despite all our verification efforts, it is sometimes possible that the item (s) you ordered is no longer in stock. However, due to the impossibility of guaranteeing 100% the real-time update of our articles, all orders are subject to physical confirmation of stock. In that case, our Customer Service will contact you to report the stock out of the item (s) and proceed to the respective refund of the amount.
